What: Seed (Mr Fothergill's).
Where: 2 x medium Black Pots, 1 x rectangular self watering planter.
When: 4 July 2009.

Sown in: Patio Seed Raising Mix.
Fertiliser: Thin layer of RICHGROW: Organic Blood and Bone + Trace Elements & Sulphate of Potash 100mm below surface. Weekly application of YATES: Multi-Nutrient Plant Food with Seaweed at 5ml/L.

Advertised Germination: 6-10 Days.
Actual Germination: 5-7 Days.

Advertised Maturity: 4-5 weeks.
Actual Maturity: 5 weeks.

Planted in a circle around the black pots with Garlic in the centre to help keep the Aphids away.

This rocket just doesn't seem to stop growing! The picture below was taken 3 days after a fairly major harvest of all of the big leaves.

A nice little harvest of fresh rocket that went really well as a side dish with some steak.

The row of Rocket that I planted in the self-watering container is doing well.

I pulled out and replanted this row of Rocket 5 October 2009 as it was getting a little tired from the constant harvesting.
